Do I need an account?
No. Anyone can listen, see the schedule, browse the shows and DJs, and see the genre of every track.
Can I listen in the car or with my screen locked?
Yes, in the app: CarPlay and lock-screen controls work, and the music keeps playing in the background.
Why is it a few seconds behind?
Like all internet radio, the stream runs about 15–20 seconds behind real time. Track info can take a moment to update.

Check your connection and press play again. If it keeps happening, tell us with Report a problem in the app, or email us (the address is in our Privacy Policy).

When is my favourite show on?
Open Shows: every show lists the day and time it airs.
How do I get told when a show starts?
Sign in to the app and follow the show or DJ. You'll get a reminder when it starts.
Can I listen to past shows?
Many shows are on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Tap the podcast icons on the show's card.
I'm a DJ. How do I get a show?
Get in touch: email us (the address is in our Privacy Policy).
Requests and chat
How do I request a song?
Sign in, tap Request, and pick the track. Requests join the station's music rotation, not live DJ sets.
Who's ZOLA?
The station's chat host, who keeps the room going between shows.
Account and privacy
Is becoming a member free?
Yes. Sign up with Apple or Google; it takes seconds.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. You can do it on this website or in the app.
