Chat rules

Version 1.0Effective September 28, 2026

Humans Radio's chat is a public room. Everyone listening can read what you post.

Zero tolerance. No objectionable content or abusive behaviour. That means no slurs or hate, no sexual content, no harassment or threats toward listeners or DJs, no spam or scams, and no posting anyone's private information.

Report what breaks the rules. Press and hold any message and choose Report. We review every report within 24 hours and can remove the message, the person, or both.

Block anyone. Blocking hides everything that person says from you, straight away. They aren't told.

The filter. Some messages are refused automatically. If yours is, you'll see it struck through with a note. Repeated refusals can cost you access to the room.

What you post is yours to answer for. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

The room clears itself. After 5 minutes without a new message, and when a live show ends, the chat starts fresh for everyone. We keep messages on our side for 30 days, only for safety and moderation (a reported message is kept 30 days from the report), then delete them for good. See our Privacy Policy.

Moderation. Humans Radio can remove any message, or remove anyone from the chat, at any time, to keep the room safe.

If these rules change, we'll show them to you again and ask you to agree before you chat.

Your agreement is recorded. When you agree, we record which version you agreed to and when. You can read these rules any time in Settings → Chat rules, or at listen.humanspresents.com/terms.
